Experience Crown Dental Club before deciding. Our First Experience is designed to introduce you to our concierge approach to dentistry. You’ll receive a comprehensive dental examination, full series of digital x-rays, and a professional cleaning. Should you decide to become a member, your entire First Experience investment will be applied toward your membership.

Your first visit begins with a comprehensive evaluation using Lumoro Advanced Diagnostics, our proprietary methodology designed to capture a complete picture of your oral health. You’ll meet with Dr. Levi to review advanced imaging and discuss your treatment goals. This appointment establishes the foundation for personalized, long-term care that supports your comfort, confidence, and lasting results.

I ALREADY HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE, CAN I USE IT?
As a courtesy to our members that do have dental insurance, we will submit claims on members’ behalf. Any reimbursement for treatment will be sent directly from the insurance company to the member.

HOW DOES THE MEMBERSHIP WORK?
Your membership functions as a concierge program for your oral health. After enrolling, you’ll receive comprehensive diagnostics, routine cleanings, and ongoing access to our doctors and team. DOES MY MEMBERSHIP COVER ALL DENTAL SERVICES?
Membership includes all diagnostic exams, imaging, consultations, and cleanings outlined in your plan. Additional treatments such as fillings, crowns, or implants are billed separately. Premium members receive preferred pricing on these services, ensuring every patient receives complete, high-quality care without the limitations or confusion of traditional insurance coverage.
